HOLY MOLY!! I think I now know what kind of dog my Cupcake's father was! I know mom was a purebred husky, and she got off her leash one day and came back expecting... and her owners never knew who dad was. But wow, Gus looks JUST like my Cupcake, except for the coloring! And even the coloring is kind of a mix of Gus and mom. Wow!

Oh, yeah! Gorgeous babydog you got there! He looks so happy, I love it!

Thanks everyone. We got him from the local rescue shelter yesterday. They are thinking he's a Shepard/lab mix with a little husky due to his fur and bark. Obviously they don't really know. His paws are monstrous though! He's so good... for being a puppy. We're in love!
Oh-and today my oldest went off to high school and now I have Gus to take care of. My husband calls me a baby hoarder!lol!

If his fur is anything like Cupcake's, watch out! Every summer my daily routine has to include sweeping and vacuuming, or it looks like I haven't swept in months! That dog sheds four dogs' worth of fur, I swear!
