Iced Tea???

I absolutley love iced tea but I hate the nasty instant or bottled stuff I was wondering is the tea at WDW the brewed stuff or instant/bottled??

I may be wrong, but I believe at the TS restaurants that it is brewed, and unsweetened. At least it tastes brewed, and I know it's no I've gotten unsweetened.....

I agree. The tea at the full service restaurants is excellent and does come unsweetened. Wolfgang Puck Cafe has especially good ice tea.


There are a few restaurants that do offer sweet tea as well as unsweetened. Hoop Dee Doo comes to mind. But you can always get unsweetened.

You can get VERY GOOD sweet tea at Liberty Tree Tavern...DH almost died when everywhere we went he asked for sweet tea and they told him to add sweetner to it...IT IS NOT THE SAME!!!!! When we went to Liberty Tree he asked for it and they said they had it. I thought he was gonna kiss our waitress..HE WAS SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!

I agree about the tea at LTT. It is very good. I had good tea at the Plaza Restaurant in MK but that was two years ago so forgive me if it has changed. The iced tea at the resort restaurants is usually good too.

I love sweet tea too! The unsweetened tea at the TS restaurants was o.k. but I missed my sweet tea On our last night we ate at Boatwrights (POR) and guess what ... sweet tea ... yum! I had 4 glasses! I couldn't believe that they didn't even have sweet tea in the food court at FQ. Not very southern!

Trails End has amazing brewed sweet tea too.

I'm with the OP - I cant stand the instant stuff.

YAY!! Thanks everyone. I'm can stand adding sweet-n-low as long as it's brewed. Y'all would hate it up here in OH. (I'm originally from VA) Almost no where has sweet tea. I think only Cracker Barrel and CiCi's. I'll probably do the sweet-n-low thing anyway since I'm gonna be eating bad. DH and I are on the premium plan.

Gotta love Cracker Barrel!! When traveling ... I sometimes eat there just for the sweet tea!
