How easy is it to get ice in your room? Are there ice machines - and if so - where? I just read that post about the "fridges" in the room only keeping things at 55 degrees.

Welcome Kimer! Your cabin steward will get you any ice you may need. There is an ice bucket in your cabin and if you bring a soft sided cooler they will keep that full as well. The fridges are really just coolers (unless you are in a Cat 1-3). If you have a need to keep medication cold let them know when you book - there are fridges available.

Your room steward will fill your ice bucket twice a day. There are ice machines on deck 9 that you can use yourself. If you need ice for a cooler, just let the steward know.

since the November retrofit, the fridges are now "coolers" and require ice to cool anything down (including medicine).
