As an added note, my wife and I once needed some ice water and decided to stop at a quick service corral and the lines were achingly long. After moo-ing our way in for 10 minutes, when we got to the cashier, he kindly informed us that, for future reference, skip the line and go up to the food-receiving side of things, get a CM's attention, and as a previous poster said, "ask nicely."
It seemed to work just as advertised at another stop later on, but I thought I felt the prickle of a glaring guest stare from my aft direction. It could have been my imagination, or just my own empathic vibrations from knowing what it's like to be hungry and waiting for food. I don't think I slowed down anyone's order but...
Anyone else been told this from a CM or tried it?
