So... what flavour ice cream rules the roost? I'm rather partial to honeycomb ice cream or, with apple pie/crumble, clotted cream ice cream :)

Oh dear, that is like asking which child is your favorite. It really depends on what mood I am in. I like (in no particular order):

Peppermint Stick
Chocolate Fudge Brownie
Dulce De Leche
Peach
Raspberry Cheesecake
French Vanilla

I tend to go for fruity ones in the summer (sometimes topping them with fresh fruit) and the more rich flavors in the winter. My favorite brand is Publix Premium. It has a very creamy texture. I don’t like ice creams that have an icy texture, like Breyers and Mayfield.

Now you're making me hungry...

Coffee.
Jamocha
Mint Chip
Really almost anything as long it doesn't have salted caramel. Caramel I love, I can't wait for this salted anything fade to go away.
My nightmare ice cream failure, salted kale.

I would Not have said the Dole Whip Pineapple - UNTIL I tried it at Aloha Isle in MK on top of pineapple upside down cake. My new addiction and it was not even cold out!

At home, those tiny Ben& Jerry Cherry Garcias are my go-to for a tough day.

French Vanilla or anything Chocolate with nuts.

Disney Dole Whip isn't ice cream and more of a non-dairy product. You can buy the dry powder mix on Amazon if into that sort of thing. I do laugh at all of the 'copy-cat' Dole Whip recipes you see online that start by whizzing fresh fruit in a blender. There is no actual fruit pulp in the real thing.

I used to like various Breyer's ice creams but they got bough out by some other company. In an effort to cut costs they ruined a formerly good brand and not it can't even be called 'ice cream' due to the very low butterfat content. I think it is called a 'frozen dairy product' or something similar.
