not sure if this where i shoud ask but my question is actually one my son was asking me and i dont know how to answer him. his question is? he knows they have the mickey head shaped ice cream that is chocolate covered but he wants to know do they make them in vanilla only? he does not eat chocolate in any form.

Nope, just vanilla covered in chocolate. They also have mickey shaped ice cream sandwhiches with a cookies and cream ice cream in the middle if anyone else in your family is interested.

The only ones I have seen are vanilla ice cream, coated with a chocolate shell. Can he pick off the chocolate and just eat the vanilla ice cream inside?

Sorry, they all come chocolate covered.
However, you could peel off the chocolate and eat it and let him have the ice cream!

There are other treats as well. Orange or strawberry ice/fruit pops, Itzakadoozie pops, ice cream/cookie sandwich (I think the cookie has choc. chips though) to name a few.

He could get ice cream at a restaurant or your hotel food court that are just ice cream as well. Personally, I'd just eat the chocolate !

Oh, my 5yo is the same way. She will always buy a mickey bar, but I have to eat off all of the chocolate

I was always the same way as a child. It is EXTREMELY easy to pick the chocolate off of that Mickey bar. I should know I did it every year for about 20 years!
