Ice Cream Social?

Has anyone done this? If so did you like or dislike and what happens besides ice cream? Also, is it just like a scoop of ice cream or what?

We've done the ice cream social twice and have PS for our trip in March. You get a nice ice cream sundae. The kids had gummy worms and cookie bits, with a big waffle cone. Adults had a more "high" class" looking sundae with fancy chocolate pieces. It's pretty big ice cream sundae to me - I never finish it. Plus you get good "face time" with the characters since you're just eating ice cream and not a full meal. I find it a very relaxing way to get time with the characters with the hassle trying to eat a full meal.

If it's not busy, the characters spend a lot of time wth you. Once we had Chip try to resucitate my DD "coon skin" hat she bought in Canada - I was in tears I was laughing so hard. Next Dale tried to floss his teeth with her hair tie. It was nice not to have them so rushed to get to the next table.

Big Plus - If it's hot outside, the Garden Grill is a nice cool afternoon break.

wow....Now we can't wait. That is what we can't wait for and that is part of the magic. Having the characters have fun with you. Now I wonder what CHip and Dale might do to us, espically with us wearing our Mickey and Minnie bride and groom hats?
