Ice Cream Social question...

Can anyone tell me if there are certain characters that are at the Ice Cream Social every time? We will be going straight to Epcot on the day of our arrival and have PS for the social. I'd like to have a note/little gift for each of my kids waiting from them at the hotel when we arrive that evening, and I"d like to sign it...It was great seeing you at the ice-cream social today! Love, Mickey, Chip, Dale???????????? Who can I count on seeing?

When we were there it was Mickey, Chip, DAle & Pluto in a farmers sort of get up.

Thanks everyone! Looks like I'm safe with signing a name for any of the four. I'm going to "forge" the signatures from a friend's autographed hat...just in case my kids check their autographs!
