I think the Ice Cream Social at the Garden Grill sounds great and DH and DD agree but DS does not eat any form of ice cream. Do the offer some kind of cake, brownie etc that I can purchase? DS is a special needs little boy and the ice cream is to cold for him, he hates cold. Should I call dining or the restaurant direct to see if we can set up some other dessert for him???? Thanks in advance.

I am not sure.
When I went there was only ice cream.
There was no menu offered, you just got the adult or child sundae.

I have to agree with JBurke, I only remember ice cream being offered.

My gut feeling is that if your DS is special needs that if you called the restaurant direct they will figure out something for him. At least that is what I have been lead to believe when I have been reading about allergies and the like and eating at Disney resturants. So give it a shot the worst they can say is no the best thing they can say is that they will make sure there is something for him.

I know they serve "worms & dirt" as the regular dessert. Chocolate pudding with oreo cookies on top and then gummy worms. Perhaps you can order this from the regular menu.
