What's everybody making for Easter?

On my side we're having a grilling hamburgers and hotdogs...I'm making strawberry shortcake, but I'm going to layer it in a trifle dish.

On DH's side I'm making this:

Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

12 ice cream sandwiches
cool whip
chocolate and caramel syrup

Layer ice cream sandwiches in bottom of 9x13 dish. Cover with Cool Whip, Drizzle with chocolate and caramel syrup. Freeze.

Can be made up to 4 days in advance.

Pretty traditional this year -

ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, maybe some rolls, and not sure on dessert yet. Usually do homemade coconut cream pie but am trying to stay away from that sort of stuff at the moment.
