ice cream cookie sandwiches

Hi everyone,
My family is going in June for our second trip. I remember reading somewhere about someplace in Disney where you can get an ice cream cookie sandwich, where you can pick out both the cookies and the ice cream and they will make one for you. Has anyone every heard of this? Or is this all in my imagination? Also if it exists, is it a snack credit on the DDP?

Yes you can get them at Main St Bakerey in MK. I was able to get one for a snack credit but that's been almost a year ago, it could have changed by now.

I know that the Ice Cream store on Main Street, USA used to sell Ice cream sandwhices, where you got to pick your flavor icecream. When we were down in July they had stopped selling them. I am not sure why though. But I do know that they still sell cookies in the bakery!

They moved the ice cream cookie sandwich making to the bakery. You can only get vanilla ice cream now but you can still pick out any two cookies you'd like. You can use a snack credit. They are fabulous and one of my favorite treats (big enough to share).

These are delicious. My friend and I shared one of these in December. They are at the Main Street Bakery. We got 2 huge choc. chip cookies with a big scoop of ice cream. Then we each took a cookie and spooned the ice cream onto it. We used a 1 snack credit.

I was able to request an ice cream sandwich from the Bakery at Pop Century last August on two separate occasions.

I would think that just about any resort Bakery could make one up as long as they had the ingredients available.

Yuuuuummmmmmyyyyyy!!! I love those!!! I get one every trip and now I am craving one! Good thing I'm going in 12 days!!!
