I don't know but i'm hooked on iced mochas. I broke out my old espresso maker to stop paying the big bucks.

Well, hot coffee you just boil water and mix in sugar and milk. However, with iced coffee you have to get ice, crush it, mix it in a blender, and serve it in the special plastic cups with (cross your fingers on this one) a crazy straw.

Cold coffee. That is just gross. Hot coffee is bad enough.

Blended coffee because there is usually a special mix that goes in it.

Iced coffee as in Iced Mocha (ice, coffee, choc and a type of milk) Because people are dumb enough to pay more for less!! I will not pay extra for this type of drink....my gosh you get less liquid because of the ice and you pay extra for ice so they are making even more money on this drink because they use less milk which costs more than ice! Sometimes I ask for no ice and add it when I get home, I'm cheap so what?!?!?!

Incase you just don't get it...if you use a one cup measure cup and put ice in it, will 8 ounces of liquid still fit in the one cup measuring cup? Nope, same as with a 12, 16, 20 ounce clear cup. Although clear cups do cost more it still isn't enough for what some people charge and most places have ice machines so that offset of ice is minimal.

We've owned espresso stands for 12 years and never charged more for iced than we did for hot drinks.

iced mocha = two shots espresso, 11/2 tbl chocolate powder, add milke and ice. Tadaa. I feel so talented for having figured this out and quitting the four buck a day habit.

I love Iced coffee. I hate hot coffee. I love most of the iced coffees at starbucks. There is nothign better than a grande java chip frappacchino on a hot day.

You are paying to heat it up and then cool it down. Takes twice as much energy.

They have to pay for the blender. I love frozen coffee. I've been known to skip and meal to suck one out of a straw.

I can handle hot coffee, but iced coffee really upsets my stomach and I don't think it tastes very good.
