Ice and Restautant Delivery to Vero Beach?

We are staying in a 1 bedroom unit at Vero Beach this October. Do the refrigerator/freezer combos have ice makers or are ice trays left in the units? If not-are there ice machines in the Villas buildings?
I am also interested in what local restaurants will deliver to the resort. I know Orchid Island pizza is within walking distance and also delivers--is there anywhere else that will deliver? TIA!

We always go out to eat. Cap't Hirams is the one local place that we go to.

One of our choices, Jack Bakers Lobster Shanty, is reported as closed. We liked Cpt. Hiram and Mr. Manatee. Some have also recommended Squid Lips. All are several miles away.
