I tend to bring in my own sandwich for lunch, and whatever else I generally eat as a snack, fruit, veggies. My husband eats the the counter service, I eat what we brought.
Most counter service seems to be fried foods, and things with lots of oil in them, or red sauce which i have to avoid. At MK: cosmic rays has a rotisery chicken, I don't eat the skin because of the spices/fat on it.
take a look at all ears net . com they have listing of all the menus, look them over.
If you do sit down meals, I strongly suggest you request to talk to the chelf, to eliminate some of the oils, etc from the cooking for a safe dinner and any other triggers.
I think there is a way to get special requests at counter service but i believe you have to do it in advance. This may be a better option for you.
Since we plan a sit down meal per day, figuring exactly where we will be for lunch for us seems to rigid, and I'm fine eating the sandwich and stuff i bring in.
Try to keep the fiber intake up w/ your daughter, as that seems to help me. If you eat a fiber rich bread, or snacks, pack them along. If anything, you can use your bread, instead of the sandwiches that come w/ a buttered white bread at counter service. It will eliminate some of the oil, grease.
If pepper, or other spices aggrivate your daughters condition. Be aware the mickey mac and cheese has pepper in it.
I also believe that all the restraunts are suppose to have ingredients lists for the foods. Maybe others can give your more info about that, i haven't requested those things at counter service.
At ssr, they can make your sandwich the way you want. You can pick the bread, and what you want on it, very helpful.
Most of the counter service places tend to marinade the chicken & chicken nuggets w/ spices, so I have avoid that.
