Anyone else having issues? The app keeps crashing on me and yesterday I submited three items from Walmart and I usually get credits from Walmart trips within an hour and it's still pending. I never know if my app issues are because I have an old phone or because there's a problem with the app.

I submitted several things yesterday and they posted within a couple hours without issue.

I find it pretty slow and annoying, but haven't had any problems getting credits.

Thanks. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it opens (it wouldn't open at all before) but it still takes forever. My walmart receipt is still pending which is strange, but hopefully it will go through soon.

I used Ibotta twice today and it worked fine. Credited me with my rebates within half an hour. Sorry you are having such trouble.

I keep forgetting to enter my receipts and end up losing out. But I have recently had isues wit the app loading and crashing on me. I usually end up restarting my iphone to see if the issue will resolve.

Did you ever get this resolved? I had an issue with them 2 weeks ago. I submitted a Walmart receipt and got 2 emails saying it couldn't be read. But the app showed it as pending. It's still pending according to the app though I've had 2 other receipts clear since then. And I did try to contact them. Through the app, through facebook, through twitter and even email. Never heard a word back from them. Their customer service is very lacking in my opinion.

No. When I looked at the receipt I realized only two of the three things scanned were on it (long story but my DD was scanning and submitting). They did respond and said I had been credited for eligible rebates but when I opened the app it said "no rebates found on this receipt please review" even though I had a $1 rebate and a $1.25 rebate that did match. I thought I could re-select those items and re-submit, but they aren't available to select either. Sort of frustrating. On top of that the app is almost impossible to open and times out/shuts down constantly on me.
