Ibex Town Car????

We have booked Ibex Town Car for our transfers to and from the airport in Orlando. We've never used them before (we drove to Disney last time). Are they the preferred company to use? Any suggestions?

Anyone used Ibex have any reviews/recommendations, etc.?

I have never heard of them - I do not believe I've heard any mention of them on these boards.
