IASW Holiday

When do they close IASW to put up the Holiday overlay? We will be there Sept 26 - 30th and am hoping it is not closed during that time.

idk but if i were you id go on the 26th an ride it imeditly i think its right around the 28th they take it down im not sure tho.

For the last few years, IASW has been going down for refurb on the second-to-last Monday in October; and it has been taking 18 days to install the IASWH overlay.

This seems close to what I remember as well. It won't go down for the Christmas overlay until Halloween starts to wind down. My guess would be mid-to-late October, to reopen mid-November.

FWIW, this year IASW is likely to be down from Oct 19 to Nov 5, and IASWH will likely open on Friday, Nov 6.

The official dates should hopefully become available in early August 2009.
