I95 Richmond Wash DC and Willmington recently?

I have a few hoursw to decide my route of choice will be. Has anyone made the 95 run in the past few weeks? Not worried about traffic that much but more about construction..

Delaware is good now but right before baltimore is not that great but with some good planning it won't be that bad.

I'm studying the traffic construction maps now and leaning towards taking 95 vs 81.

Actually there is a continuing project at the Newark Toll Plaza that continues through this summer and can get backed up at times, especially weekends.

Also, keep an eye on times, such as the U of D graduation in May, when there are going to be a lot of out-of-staters around who don't always know the alternate routes.

just returned and did not hit a lick of traffic either way. hitting dc richmond very late probably helped me immensly
