............ for any loud outbursts emanating from our BWV GV this Sunday evening during the Steelers game. We are arriving Sunday afternoon before the big game and should be easy to spot, four grandparents, two adults, two teenagers, and a very soon to be one year old all decked out in black and gold waving Terrible Towels.

We planned this trip back in June to be in WDW during DS’s first birthday on January 25th. We are excited for the trip, but as diehard Steeler fans and season ticket holders we’re disappointed to miss the big game this weekend. Since it is currently below zero degrees here with a wind chill of -25, we’ll be the ones wearing shorts, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the balmy 60 degree weather. I’ll also be the one at check-in requesting a safety net below our balcony in the unlikely event of a Steeler defeat.

Wow, there are a lot of Patriot fans here, it seems I am outnumbered! A Steeler victory would be the perfect start to our vacation, and if (gasp) they should lose WDW will be a great place to forget the game! I do remember when I first realized the Steelers would be playing in the AFC Championship game during our WDW vacation; it was Halloween, I was at Heinz Field, and the Steelers were destroying the Patriots!!! Hmmm, isn’t that who we are playing again this week??????

I returned some NE Patriots clothing to the front desk at SSR 12/5, which we found in a drawer in the master bedroom of room 2435, I hope they found their way home. It looks like they will be needing them soon!
