I won't go topless but I am now wireless

Just hooked up a router and now have wireless internet - it is great to be able to get in bed with the laptop and type - I love it!DH had to yell at me to go to sleep last night.............5am comes really fast. My cat is mad now since the computer rests on my chest now instead of him and he isn't getting as much attention. I heard some horror stories today at work about having to reset the router alot - I hope not I had a lot of trouble setting it up. Anyone out there had any problems? let me know. Sorry I know a little off topic but just curious.

Just wanted to say that wireless access makes a computer-addict a computer-junkie. You'll never close your laptop now!

I use wireless at work around campus, but do not have it at home. I'm afraid of what it will do to me if we had it at home!!! LOL

I have had wireless service and have a router connecting my 4 year olds computer in her playroom for over 5 years and I have only recently had toruble with it...I called the cable company and they reset something on their end and everything is fine again...so once in over 5 years isn't to bad!

Just be sure to set your security fairly high on the router and your system. Did you know that anyuone wioth a wireless nic in their laptop can drive down your street and hop on your connection. Just be carefull and set up all firewalls and password everything you feel is impotant.
