So, wanting to make sure we don't forget anything, I'm hoping to learn from others mistakes. What was something that you wish you would have taken along to WBC?

A little about our trip - We will be there from December 14th - 21st. There will be 18 of us total. We have one 3 bedroom deluxe and one two bedroom deluxe. The youngest person going will be 13. We will be celebrating 5 birthdays while we're there. Some of us have been to Disney several times before but others have never been.

Tide Pods. We loved having the washer & dryer!

Toilet paper....the stuff they provide is the worst 1ply ever.

Bring lots of laundry supplies. It's very easy throw in a load every night. If you plan on doing any cooking bring whatever condiments/spices that you can. That stuff really adds up if you have to go and buy them. I also brought a half roll of tin foil, plastic wrap, an assortment of Ziploc bags, coffee, tea, microwave popcorn and powdered drink mixes.

I found an insulated cooler bag at the dollar store that was really handy for bringing drinks and snacks to the pool.

Has anyone that brought spices, foil, Tide Pods, coffee or other items that you don't want to go to a store and buy while you were on vacation have any trouble bringing those items on a plane?

I know there's no problem with spices, foil, coffee (prior to brewing, of course) and filers.

Tide Pods...if they what I think they are, they should be OK. It's just powder, right? Or is it a gel?

Can you bring the gel pacs on the plane (e.g. dishwasher soap sometimes comes in gel pacs)? I'm thinking, no.

Oh, I'd also bring dishwasher tablets as well. I use Finish Quantum. They come in either tablets, or gels. I use the tablets.

All the items listed may be brought on the plane in your checked luggage. You are limited on liquids in your carry on luggage. I don't mind the provided washing machine soap but you will need to bring some dryer sheets.

(kicks self.)

Of course, I know you can bring gels in checked luggage. However, can you bring gel pacs in your carry on?

I had all those things in my checked bag. I also had ketchup, relish, oatmeal and pancake mix. It was in small containers and labelled. About 2 months before our trip I started making a very casual meal plan....ideas really. Just so that I could look around my own kitchen and see what I might want to bring. It also gave me time to collect some small disposable containers. The only condiments we needed to buy were butter, mayo and pancake syrup. The rest I brought from home.

I guess it really all depends on how much you plan to cook while there. We cooked a lot, which was the trade off for staying an extra week.

a Night Light ... for second bathroom

We also bring our bubba mugs because they are fantastic around the pool. They keep your fruity beverages nice and cold pirate: Everything else has pretty much been mentioned. We too bring extra laundry soap and dryer sheets. We also get groceries delivered from Garden Grocer, and bring our own spices/condiments from home. I also pack crystal lite to put in our water so we don't drink excessive amounts of pop for the week...bring our own coffee...protein shakes for mornings on the fly...zip lock bags...sugar/sweetener...and that's about it! You are going to have a terrific time! :goodvibes

We will be driving - 14 of us from PA and 4 from Alabama. We will have 4 vehicles total so we can pretty much bring anything...we plan to cook all breakfasts at the resort. Each day one room will be in charge of breakfast for the whole group. Does anyone remember how many pots and pans are in each room?

If you go to page one of the WE love Bonnet Creek thread there is a detailed list of what comes with each size condo.

I wish I had thought to bring some plastic cups to take drinks down to the pool area.

And bring tp- their tp is terrible, as another poster stated.
