I have been weighing daily, I find it helps to motivate me one way or the other. I weighed-in on Monday and was still down 22 pounds (even after having a few bad days over the weekend). Monday, was another bad day (as you all know) and when I weighed-in on Tuesday, I had gained 2 pounds. Well, Wednesday I weighed and was back up to 22 pounds
, Thursday I was up to 23 pounds and this morning, I hit 24 POUNDS!! I weighed multiple times to make sure.
I didn't make the 25 pound goal I had set for today, but I am thrilled with the total this morning.
I did wake up to leg cramps in both legs this morning (YES, John I know!! I need vitamins!! ). These are so painful.
Have I mentioned that I love you guys??? I could't have done this without you.
