I will NEVER shop at Sears online again

I posted previously about how Sears online gave me a great price when they pricematched Dell (even though they don't normally do that), for the Kodak c330 camera, by promising to issue a few credits that total about 23 from their sale price. I got an email today that they only credited 17.XX, and that is all I am getting. I called Sears online, gave them the name of the person I spoke with, and explained that the although the difference is not a lot of $, this is what I was promised. I could have cancelled my order and replaced it with Dell very easily, as I found the Dell sale online about 10 minutes after I ordered from Sears. The Sears rep originally convinced me to keep the order by telling me I was getting all these credits, and assured me that there would be no problems at all. Well, I should have listened to the warnings about Sears from these boards. The price difference is not a lot, so it is not the amount that is infuriating me. It is the fact that 1) it would've been 10X easier had I just canceled with Sears and ordered from Dell, 2) I was promised a certain amt of credit, and reassured I would definetly get it (even though the rep forget to put it in her notes), 3) the supervisor is trying to tell me that giving me the extra few $ is going to put the price of this camera under their cost, and even if they speak to the rep and find I am correct in what I claim she told me, they can not credit me any more, 4) since this is only a few $, wouldn't it make more sense to verify my story with the rep and then give me the credit to keep a customer? I told the supervisor that I appreciate her help, that I certainly was not angry with her, but that I would never order anything from Sears. Ever. Never.
BTW, the original rep did get permission to give me all this credit from her manager/supervisor. So all these people are liars?
 
Totally understand. I won't set foot in Kmart ever again over $3 - but it's more because of the whole snippy, snooty, arrogant attitude of the store manager.
 
My story is about Merchant's Tire and Auto. Used to take my cars there for EVERYTHING until the incident. Haven't been there in 8 years now.
