I Will NEVER Eat At _______ In WDW Again!!

I am not sure there are ANY I wouldnt go back to. I was VERY disappointed in O'hana - I had several people tell me it was there favorite and I worked VERY hard to get the reservation and didnt really care for the food but I think DH did.....my kids liked the experience there but arent huge meat eaters so honestly not their favorite food either! Rain Forest Cafe at AK - barely edible IMO but not sure if that counts being a chain. Also, Cape May -- pretty disappointing!

Daughter got food poisoning from the ribs and Rainforest Cafe/Landry's can't even be bothered to respond to the complaint.

I posted at wdwmagic and it bought out all the Trolls! See how I get on here?

Chef Mickeys. Their prices reached a point for us that we said "no more" after our last trip. We thought we had an idea of what the cost would be as we were there 3 years ago.... (I know, I should have looked it up). It was still a sticker shock when the bill arrived. So much so that we cancelled ressies at crystal palace, and LTT and just ate CS to save some money when we were there this past Aug.

Prices in general are reaching our tipping point. We made at least one trip per year for over a decade, then took a two year break before this year. We are still planning on going back, but not for about 4 or 5 more years. Can't wait to see what the prices look like then! Sadly, that may be our last hurrah.:(

First trip was last month. All of the restaurants were delicious except Pizza Planet. Gross! My 4 year old Pizza/ Toy Story loving son took two bites and said it wasn't so good!

Captain's Grill. We tried dinner & breakfast. The dinner was the worst meal I ever had in a restaurant. For breakfast, we were seated really really late and the food was almost mediocre.

our answer right now is Flying Fish

Fool me once shame on them

Fool me twice shame on me

Just bad overall experiences both times we've gone- and we love seafood and signatures. Can't justify going there over BlueZoo

I do take all of these with a grain of salt as many that have been mentioned we love.
We love Mama Melrose and Beirgarten!!!! They are a must do every trip.
However we did not like portobello in DTD and would not eat there again.

Chef Mickeys for sure and Whispering canyon cafe, and there are many others. The dinning experience has gone down hill from our first visit in 2005. At this point I would rather pack in my lunch and have something decent than to pay those outrageous prices.

Tangierine Cafe was just not for me. I tried it, but hated everything but the baklava. The chicken smelled like sweat and the lamb was chewy.

Wolfgang Puck express was expensive and the meatloaf had no real flavor.

Probably Le cellier. First visit what wowed me were the wagyu ribs, which is why I returned. Second visit the ribs were gone, service was mediocre, my dessert was just gross (tasted like char) and the best part of my teeny tiny entree was the jam dribbled over it. For the price and the fee if I go to find the menu changed and has nothing I like and want to leave it is just not worth risking it.

Rainforest Cafe! I can't stand that place. The only reason we ate there this past time was because my sister really wanted my nephew to experience the atmosphere. Never again though! He can experience that atmosphere in the gift shop next time!

Chef Mickeys :sad2: And it used to be one of my favorites.
Ate there yesterday. The food was boring and the price is ridiculous.

We have 14 going in Sept. and I figured out that my required 18 percent would be $126. That is crazy. The cost of that buffet is way to high.

Its off my list now

Ohana, Whispering Canyon, Prime Time Cafe--the "antics" simply make it impossible to enjoy a meal.

Liberty Tree Tavern--had raw chicken at lunch there--

Interesting how many folks claim to have gotten "food poisoning" at various restaurants---

I would have to say ohana. Not because of the food, but twice I have had TERRIBLE service. Our anniversary trip the server was so bad I was literally in tears and the manager I talked to just acted totally surprised like she had never heard that complaint before and did nothing. The first bad experience was breakfast and I just assumed one bad server. Came back a second time and it was fine. Not great service, but not bad either. Third time was the anniversary trip. Never again though.

I am sure my husband did at Rainforest. We were on top of each other for the previous six days and no one else got sick. He was violently ill about eight hours after we ate. Blech...

One time we were at TRex and the server was coughing and coughing into her hand and then served our water glasses :( We just got up and left.

At GG another time, the server insisted on shaking all of our hands :confused3 I was pretty grossed out by that but we stayed. We had all just washed our hands and then we felt re-contaminated :(

It may not be actual food poisoning, but I can absolutely see people getting sick after eating at a Disney restaurant.

My family and I are going to WDW in 2 wks for our 1st trip. Kids are 6 and 8 yrs old. I have a CM ADR for a late breakfast. Felt like it was a "must do". After reading tons of negative reviews in this thread am reconsidering. We are staying at Beach Club, so could do Cape May's breakfast....but I want it to be magical for my kids. Stick with CM??? Ugh, I don't know what to do!

It does get a crazy amount of negative reviews, doesn't it. We haven't eaten there in years.
