Ok so I"m 23 about 5'2 and I weigh in at O lets say 118. I actually appear to be fairly slender HOWEVER I know the truth! LOL. I would like to lose about 8 lbs and tone my body. I'm back at the gym now. Using the elpitcal, the bike, the ab sliiiiiiiiiiide, and some weights. I'm also trying to follow a low calorie diet. I have even started bringing my lunch to work so I won't go to Wendys or Panera or the Diner etc if I get hungry. Its also saving lots of money lol! Suggestions and Encouragement welcome...i'll keep you updated.
BTW whats up with cellulite? I mean come on...is that really necessary? I think NOT!
