Just start using it. You don't need permission or anything. There are quite a few of them now. You just have to look for them in other people's signatures.

There is the MK one, EPCOT, AK, DVC and I'm doing a pin trading one right now. I can do one for each DVC resort but I wouldn't know what graphic to use to make them different.

DVCajun: It's not that hard. Make some basic shapes and slap in the correct font with a little tweaking and $8,000.00 in software (just kidding).
