I stayed home last night and was bored so I decided to try to make a slide show with the photos we have received from our family and friends. We don't have the professional ones back yet, so this is kind of a test run to see what our slide show might look like when we get the professional ones back. Then I will be making a better quality slide show. I hope you like it.

Our Fairy Tale Wedding Slides Show

Oh Tammy, how lovely! I wish when I get bored, I could be that talented! Your wedding looked so beautiful :goodvibes If you do not mind me asking, where did you get your flower girl's dresses? I cannot wait to see more pictures!

I got the flower girls' dresses at David's Bridal. They were so cute. The two four year olds had the same dress. You can't really tell by the picture but they had sparkles (crytsal beads) on the skirt part of the dress.

Tammy, I absolutely loved it! DF and I are getting married 3/31/07 and are shopping around for our photographer (our wedding is at home). One of the people we just checked out gave us a slideshow DVD that he had made - it's a regular part of his wedding package. Ever since then I have been hooked on the idea of having one!

We are also hoping to put together a slideshow for our rehearsal dinner and/or reception of the two of us growing up. Was it really easy to put one together with the music and everything on that site?

Ok, I only thought I cried at weddings. I was very touched. Very nice. Stunning is the word that comes to mind first.

thats soo great and so great that you could have all of those people there!!! ( we wanted to get married in disney, but there was no way we could fly down 150 people lol...so we had a disneymoon instead)

congrats!

It was very easy to make that slide show on that website. All I did was upload my pictures, pick music, put the pictures in order, and then tweak the photos alittle so they fit better, and then played around with the dissolves and fades between pictures. It was so simple. The program pretty much does the work for you. I think you can even order a DVD of your finished product. If you want to do a real fancy one you have to buy the upgraded version. I just used the free one because I was just testing it out. We are going to make a nice one when we get our professional pictures back. Good luck and have fun making a slideshow for your rehearsal dinner or reception.

I loved you slideshow--I love that version of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow". Your wedding looked beautiful, and I loved your dress--very pretty!

How wonderful!! I loved your slide show! I liked the pictures that you used for the part "I see babies crying...I watch them grow"....I thought it was cool how you used a picture of the kids in your wedding and then went to a picture of the two adults! :)

Tammy - that was beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing!! :sunny: Can you just go to that site and create a montage like that? What's the name of second song? Thanks.

It's from 50 first dates but it's not actually on the 50 first dates Sountrack. It's called Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Israel "Iz" Kamakawiwo'ole.

Try pronouncing that one! :rotfl:

...That song is also currently being played on a national Cheerios commercial. I also love it and heard it first on 50 First Dates (oh how I love my Adam Sandler movies). :cloud9: :sunny:

For our last dance we had the song "I wanna grow old with you". Adam Sandler sings it. I know it was in one of his movies but I am not sure which one.
