We decided that in addition to Christmas ornaments from each trip, we are now going to set out to collect pop corm buckets.

I'm not talking the hum drum, run of the mill, regular ole popcorn tub.

I wanna see characters, weird ones, neat ones, hidden one, ones people don't even know where to get it.......

We've got 2 R2-D2's

1 Black Darth Vader head

2 MVMCP Santa Mickeys

1 Halloween white ghost Mickey

1 see through orange Mickey is a pumpkin with black mickey ears, that one is actually a trick-or-treat bucket.

Sadly, I lost/left my Dumbo, just can't find it anywhere

Shoot! I can't figure out how to get my pictures attached. We love the one we bought last year during Halloween; it's based on an old cartoon. It has Mickey being chased by skeletons, and they sold a refillable mug that matched! They apparently had too many left over from last year, 2013, of Mickey as the hitchhiking ghost popcorn buckets, so they were trying to sell that one out in MK before bringing out the new ones. Couldn't find the new one with the skeletons at any of the popcorn carts. We had to ask a supervisor to get the new one from the back, and the cup was only sold from the only popcorn cart that had the soda fountain drinks instead of bottles located in between tomorrowland and the castle. Can't wait to see pictures from others!

Yesterday they had them at the stand in front of city hall cuz I showed them to DH.

Historically, there have been several different premium popcorn buckets. There is generally a specific one for Halloween (e.g., Ghost Mickey, Hatbox Mickey, Zero), one for the holidays (e.g., Snowman Mickey, Santa Mickey, Elf Mickey), and then others that non-seasonal (e.g., Dumbo, R2-D2, Vader, Mine Train Car, Lightning McQueen).

This is Snowman Mickey from several years ago.

This was Ghost Mickey from several years ago.

This was Zero from Halloween 2014.

These are the McQueen buckets. The red one is widely available, but the blue one was only available during the Holidays at DCA (at least, I only saw it at that point).

You can't attach photos; you have to upload them to a site like Photobucket, then post the link from there.

We have the ghost Mickeys for our three boys and put them out every Halloween. Great reminder of fun at MNSSHP!

Earlier this month, we purchased the Mine Train for our youngest son. Funny, because our youngest asked for popcorn one day at MK, and I was about to say no - it was kind of early for popcorn. But then our 15-year-old spotted the Mine Train bucket and said, "Mom, I think you want to get THIS popcorn."

Best $12 ever spent!!! He loved it. Carried it everywhere. Tons of compliments and comments. He had a great time and played with it constantly - in the parks, in line, during meals. Toward the end of the trip, we bought the seven dwarfs and they all fit in the train car (it can't close with all of them in there, but he can stand them all up.) He's still playing with this at home.
