Here is an option we did...we bought disposable camera's and cheapy photo albums at Wal-Mart. On our trip we allowed the kids to take picture of anything they wanted. After we returned we developed the pictures and they had fun making there own souviner that will last forever.

Also, I found autograph books in the giftshop when we arrived for pretty cheap and they loved getting autographs.

I'm going to suggest that you take your time and enjoy the whole place instead of rushing around to fit in everything. Kids want to swim in the pool, watch the people who do things with balloons at the values, melt down in the hot florida sun - yes it is hot here already! They will remember going to the pool and eating ice cream for breakfast and not which rides they went on. Just take time to smell the popcorn and enjoy yourselves. You have a lot of kids to keep track of so make sure you have identification on them and have a plan with the older ones in case you get seperated.

Maybe you could buy some Mickey confetti or regular confetti and run to the room and throw it on the beds and counters before anyone gets there with you? That would be cool!

Have fun! Next week is a very busy week because it is Spring break for most of central Florida and Atlanta, GA so many locals will be there .
