Caitlyn's birthday is next week.... she decided she wants a 'circus' in the back yard. We have a bounce house and a clown ordered. The clown charges $125 an hour!!

I think I would make a great clown (currently I work in marketing.. don't see much difference). The closest clown school is in Houston (5 hours away) but the thought is really tempting.

I have a friend that went to clown school in Texas. I think in Houston.:) She loves telling everyone she's a certified clown.:teeth:

Just do what I'm doing with DS's bday party. I learned how to make balloon animals and I bought a book on face painting. You can also find your local magic shop and buy a couple of easy to learn magic tricks. Magictricks.com lists magic tricks by skill level. Then all you have to do is put on the costume and make up and you're a clown :)

I had no idea clowns were paid so well. WOW!

Actually, Florida State University has its own circus and I believe a clown circus.

If you can't be a clown, please consider a career in politics. :)

I keep seeing your thread title and keep thinking it says "down" school. I guess the "c" and the "l" together fool my eyes and I keep wondering what a "down" school is? LOL
