Okay - we just got back and it's taken me a while, but I'm all caught up on your PTR now. So first - yay for FD! We stayed at the Pop for the first half of our trip, so I thought of you and how much you love it!

How cute are those tops you have gotten for Madison? That pink leopard tank will look super cute next to yours! That elephant tank is adorable too. I immediately thought of the decor at Yak & Yeti when I saw that!

Off to find you on FB too! Not sure if I am going to do a TR yet, but I'll post some of our Disney pics on FB soon.

I love shopping for Madison. I like that she still lets me pick out her clothes without too much of a fight (except for dresses).

Thanks! I think she will fit into the Asia decor at AK with that elephant tank. I had no idea what the MNSSHP tickets would look like either. The only thing that would make them better was if the characters were in Halloween costumes.

Mickey Mail always makes me day! We got our new Disney Visas in the mail today (they were set to expire next month) and even that made me happy!

The plastic tickets are super awesome. If I can remember, I'll take a picture and post it!

We figured she would enjoy the Pop's larger than life figures. I have to make an unexpected trip home to see family in VA, but will try to post some pics on FB soon. However, I was looking at all the character pics we took and am thinking my FB friends won't appreciate the mulitude of Disney pics like the Dis peeps will. So I may be leaning towards extending my Disney vacation via a TR after all! I'm nervous though, since I don't know how entertaining it will be. I love reading other people's TRs though.

All of my FB friends know that I'm a crazy Disney fanatic, so I posted all of my trip pics there (well, most of them). I was hesitant to write my first PTR and TR last year, but it's really not that bad. Everyone has their own writing style and I LOVE reading TR's!!!

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. It's just been really busy around here. Yesterday was nuts! I worked 10:30-2:30pm, ran home real quick, picked up Madison from school, dropped her off at my parents house and then ran to the dance studio. We had dance pictures yesterday and I had to be there from 4-8pm. However, I didn't get home until after 10pm because the studio director took the picture guys and me out to eat! Needless to say, I'm exhausted right now!

I have no time to relax though because I'm going on a field trip with Madison's class today. We're going to the Zoo!!! Normally, I'd be very excited about this. First of all, I'm pooped and second, it's only 47 degrees out today and it's supposed to rain all day. This is going to be interesting!

I promise I'll be back soon to share all of my crazy lists and such with all of you. Have a great day!

Amen sista!! We are having some good weather breezes, thank goodness! Kinda keepin' the temps down just a tad...but I feel we are about to run out of weathe-luck!! Already have burn bans and drought warnings out...grass is burning up and it hasn't even all came back from winter time yet...crazy!!!!!

Field trips are a lot more fun when the weather is decent. It didn't seem to bother the kids at all; just the adults. The sun didn't come out at all, but it was still a lot of fun.

Busy doesn't even begin to describe my life right now. I've been going nonstop since work on Tuesday. I just 5 minutes of rest!!!

The zoo is always pretty exhausting to me and it was even worse yesterday. I had Madison, her friend Jennifer and 2 little boys in my group. They were all very well behaved, but the little boys kept running ahead. They would look at an animal for about a minute and then they'd want to move on. Well, we saw everything by 11:15am and we didn't need to meet back by the exit until 12:15pm. We had lots of time to kill and it was hard to keep them entertained for that long.

Well it's hot, humid and the 90s here in the deep south. I would love to have some of those 70's back.

The sore throat didn't last long. It was mostly a sinus thing I think. The weather has been stinky for awhile. I did manage to take a nap this afternoon, but I'm still feeling tired. You'd think I'd want to stay home and lounge around in my pj's tonight....well, I'm actually going to Friday's with some people from work around 9pm. I don't know how long I'll last, but I never get to do anything with them. They're a great bunch of people and I know I'll have a great time.

I feel like myself again which is great. The temps have just been so low and I'm sick of all the rain. It's supposed to be 65 today, so that will be a nice change. The weekend looks good and so does next week.

I'll probably be back later and post some trip stuff. I actually don't have anything to do today!!! Well, except go grocery shopping. I haven't been to the grocery store since last Wed and we have nothing to eat. Thank goodness Madison decided to buy lunch today!!!
