My original guide is no longer working for DVC so I got assigned to someone else...I left messages for 2 guides and no one has called me back.

I would call and ask to speak to a supervisor. When I expected a phone call from my Guide, I wited no longer than 30 minutes and he called me back. If you need an answer, actually speak to someone on the Member Satisfaction team.

You guide may have the day off.

Some states also have laws concerning timeshare sales that not allow for the guide to call back.
