How long does it last for once?
and how many people ride roller coaster?

Welcome to the Dis Zupeng Disney doesn't publish such information, but a book such as The Unofficial Guide to WDW will have some information on all the attractions in the parks.

You might try posting your question on the Theme Park attractions and strategies board of The Dis.
