I want a new WP

I know that some of you have heard the problems with our wedding, but I have finally decided that I want a new planner. I just don't think that she is "Disney" anymore. Her email responses come off rude to me and very short. They used to say cute things like "have a disney day" or "have a magical day", now she just signs her name. I used to work for disney, and I know that there are some people who don't fit the name, but she just isn't making the effort that she could or should. Has anyone ever had to request a new planner? If so, what did you do, and who did you call? I had a phone conference with Pam Pearce on Monday (I thought she was my planner's boss). Turned out she was just a co-worker. With less than 2 months to go, what would you do? I know some of my reactions have just been because I'm stressed out, but I have no motivation for the wedding at this point.

dznystar, could you PM me the name of your WP? If I remember correctly I think you had the same one as me and if so, I would 100% recommend you change coordinators ASAP (and regardless, if your wp is making you feel this way it's inappropriate)

I would persue your request to change & kick her to the curb.....i dont get people....if you dont like your job..LEAVE

If you want , I will call DFTW & ask who the supervisors are

I feel bad you have to deal with this

I hope you are able to get a wedding planner that cares & enjoys their job

Wish I could pick up & move to WDW & be a DFTW planner....id make sure all you Disers got the "royal" treatment

wow.. I know you won't tell me but I wish I knew who it was....

I doubt it's the same planner I have cause she's been really great on the phone and usually emails me back within a few days if I have questions.

good luck! I hope you find a better match if you decide to ask for another one... I mean, it's your wedding day and if you don't feel comfortable with your planner, you deserve a new one!
