We finally found a resale we wanted (we were looking for 300 points minimum). Today one came up with 320 for this year April 1st and 320 next year. OKW which was DH's first choice and we are waiting the paperwork to send in the deposit. I am worried about it clearing ROFR though because at $52 per point it is lower than most we were looking at. I have read the thread and I just am worried. We are not in a rush so I guess if this one doesn't go through another one will come along right?

I am so excited but scared at the same time, guess that is part of the fun right?

I think you should be safe at $52 per point.

Dean was posting earlier that BWV's passed at $38 per point recently, and I have heard that SSR has passed in the $40 range.

Congratulations, a great find. I hope you make it through ROFR. We bought resale at OKW for the same price as you, and it went fine. We will be there in 98days and counting.
We will be staying in a Grand Villa for the first time at OKW and are really looking forward to the stay. We have stayed there before and love the boat ride to DTD.
