After spending 30 minutes on the elliptical machine with the resistance set at 5 and set to work my glutes they feel like they are going to fall off!

It's a good hurt, though. :)
 
Yay for you. Take a nice hot bath and it will help that soreness. I can't stay on the elliptical trainer that long <b>yet</b> but I'm working on it!
 
That is just a funny mental image! :) Sending you glute-feel-better-soon pixie dust, daisy! I know what you mean about it being a good hurt. Makes you aware that you are doing enough to challenge your body and get those muscles cranking again.

Kathlyn - keep at the elliptical. You'll be doing 30 minutes before you know it.
