I think more rooms have been released at code rates!

This morning i called and got WL at AP rate (also BAT was available) for a courtyard view! My dates are the 8th and 9th! AKL was also available at BOTH codes so you may want to try again if your wanting a deluxe it just might be there now.

I just called to check to see if I could apply BAT to the night before our 5+2 package starts.

The CM said the BAT code is for AKL and CR (Garden) only.

Debbie that's bull i just called and was offered AKL or WL at BAS or BAT rates. Please call them back and get a different CM. They are there today waiting to be snapped up.

Yeah, I knew the CM was wrong. When I called and gave her the code she immediately said she thought it was for AKL & CR only because she had just read that somewhere. So, she looked something up on her screen and said "Yes, it is for AKL & CR (garden wing) only".

But I don't think this CM was all there anyway. While I had her on the phone I asked her to make sure my one-night room only reservation was linked to my 5+2 package and to also read back what requests she showed in her system. She asked "Do you have a dining phone number?". Huh? She said "I see CR######## - I don't know what that number is.". I said that was my other reservation # and maybe CR was for "continuous reservation"? It was.

And, she couldn't fit all of my requests in because she said there wasn't enough room. At least I got my N/S, 3rd floor request in.

I'll call back again to check BAT and my requests.

Can anyone tell me what they were quoted a night for the BAT rate at the CR? Just curious. Also what is the timeframe that the BAT rate is good for. THANKS!!

I was quoted $143.00 nt. for a standard wing room. That was for 2nd week in Dec.

She quoted me a garden wing room 190. A tower room was avail for 219 i think it was. I know that's totally wrong about no codes for WL she offered it to me for there and AKL and CR. I got right thru this morning i called about 7:15 or so. I use the 877 number i don't know if there is a difference. Those quotes where for oct 8-11 04

I called last week and used BAT code for WL for one night only on November 9. They had no standard views left but I received woods view for 149.18 inc tax.

I originally have reservations for a tower room and was told only tower club rooms were available during my stay. I only needed a discount for Oct 15 for a room only ( tower room) as my 7 for 5 package starts on the 16th. Since I couldn't get a discount on the tower room (which I paid rack rate for) I got a tower club room for that one night for $38 less then the original tower room. Now I'm wondering if I should call back and and see if they have a tower room at discount and save a lot more money or keep the tower club room since I never had conceirge before?????

I just called and asked for either code rate for Dec. 10-13 at WL and the cm said nothing available. Guess I'll keep trying!

I tried again for WL OCt 13-17 and nothing was available. The Poly (garden view) did come up this time (didn't last time I called) so I took it at $229 ($255 with tax). I am shaking in my boots, that really is too much for me to spend. I cancelled my CSR at $84 (93.66 with tax) for the Poly! The second half of my trip is CR garden wing for $149 ($166 w/tax). These are all AP rates I mentioned.

I don't think it stands for anything. It is just a code that Disney released --I saw it in my newspaper on Sunday, but heard about it here first.

A few of us on another thread have found that 877 number to be quite "magical" for us, too. It is WDTC, so there may be tighter cancellation policies. Doesn't matter to me, I'm booked and ready to go.

Linda my cancel policy is 5 day prior to arrive with no penalties. Less than that is 1 night stay. I always seem to have great luck getting thru and i had to call a BUNCH last week to try for what i wanted. I used the 800 and the 877 number but 877 is never waiting on hold so i used them the last few times.
