Not a Jersey girl but a new englander just the same, a RIer. Funny I just put our vacation days for our next trip in our rental calendar so no one can book our home. We have a rental down in Florida. We are going down in Feb. for 17 days and back in Sept/Oct for 11 dys. I keep pushing our vacas to be longer and longer.

My covert planning is more in how long we stay. DH knows we're going in Sept. (Not that he had much say in that, and yes I did start planning this before going on my last trip) he just dosen't know how long we're going for. I figure 8 or 9 nights is good right? He'll figure it out soon enough! haha!

We're going in January and have plans for another long stay in December 2007. Don't know if we'll be able to squeeze in another trip before late 2007, but I'm sure going to try.

I'll probably start planning as soon as we get back from March. We were going to take MIL, but realized we didn't really know enough to bring her down with us, so as soon as we get back and I know what we're up against and what she can handle, I start planning to bring her with us!
I have one of the greatest MIL's around, want to make the trip with her DGS one to remember! I've already got ideas dancing around in my head and mentioning to DH "when we go back..."

And I'm planning on going back!! At least now I know what to do and what not to do. We really can't wait to go back! So
much we didn't get to see and soo and so much we want to do and see again!
