I think I went a little overboard for Easter.

I always get my kids a lot for the holidays. I don't buy them a lot during the year so I go all out for the holidays.
DD9 is getting American Girl outfit, Kit mini doll, Felicity DVD, Smencils, Model Magic Clay, Swim Goggles, and some candy.
DS5 is getting Magic Beanz, Squeakquel DVD, a Webkinz, Smencils, Model Magic Clay, Swim Goggles and some candy.
We also do an egg hut with plastic filled eggs some with candy and some with money. I want to get to the bank and get some dollar coins. I know they will like those. My philosophy is that they will not believe in the Easter Bunny forever, and I am going to do it up while they still do. It is so much fun seeing their little excited faces.

NO WAY MOM!!!! I got an Easter basket every year until I left home....I was 24 when I moved out (I lived at home while I wen to college ). If I were your DD and didn't get a basket, I would be upset that the bunny forgot me

My kids got Easter baskets until they moved out. DS will be 24 this month and he's getting an Easter basket on Sunday. So will DH and the 3 grandbabies (not DS24's children). They also still get Christmas stockings until they get married, even if they've moved out.

We have a DD18 and she would be CRUSHED if she did not get an Easter Basket!
It makes me sad to think that some may be left out just because they are older.
You can still find age appropriate items to put in it, but just DONT LEAVE ANYONE OUT! We go ALL out at ALL holidays-we are making them memorable and keeping tradition ALIVE! So, get out there and FILL THOSE BASKETS FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES!
