OK-
Going as a party of 8 and staying at FW cabins.
The rest of my fam is cmoing into town for a few days but staying in downtown Orlando- and they make 8.

They wanna come to FW one night and do hoop de doo w/ us-
So altogether we'd be 16.

Now I'll be making all our dining ressies on our 90+ day- so just to clarify and make sure I'm correct-
I woudl only be allowed to book for us 8, and would have to wait til actually 90 days out from the exact date we wanna dine in order to book for a party of 16, right???
Or owuld they let me book 16 that early??

And does hoop even take parties of 16? I assuem they do.

I think you can make all your reservations at 90 days, even if you have extra people. When I called to make my ADRs at 90 days, I made all of them for the 7 days we would be there for a party of 7 even though my hotel reservation was only for 5 of us. They never asked me for my parents' hotel reservation information.

ooh- that'd be awesome if that's the case! I guess on my dining day I can call and ask, and if they say no- then just wait the 3 or 4 days and call back.

Yeap - you can make them for your whole party at the 90+10. We have friends in Florida and have made the ressies for up to 11 people when there were only two of us on site.

As for parties of 16 at HDDR, I'm not sure if they will push tables together or just seat you next to each other, but I can't imagine they wouldn't take the ressie

Im pretty sure for 16 people the CM at WDWDINE will give you the phone number to HDDR directly to make the res

Group dining would have to make theis res, but you can do it on your 90+ day. The dining CM will transfer your call.
