I swear I'm not a prude, but

After finding out that it was the coaches daughter. (And I assume her boyfriend) Maybe the PDA was done specifically for the coach? Some sort of point to prove to her dad?

perhaps a family squabble over the boyfriend?

If my daughter had ever put on a display like that anywhere in the scope of her father's radar, she would not have seen the light of day again for a good long time and the boy probably would not have seen his next birthday! :scared:

AT least they werent sneaking around the parents back or out late at night etc etc....not saying it was appropriate but it could be worse you know

Well, part of me thinks maybe they should have gone in the car, but then I think, "Geez, what would have happened if there WASN'T an audience!"

No, I don't think the OP is a prude.

It is the breakdown of moral judgement of our youth.

Sorry, 19 year old butting in, but i personally would NEVER do that kind of PDA! I feel very uncomfortable watching other people doing more than light kissing in public, and would never do it myself. The stuff i see when i go out on the town is more than i can stomach sometimes :scared:

Esspecially infront of my dad!!!! Thats gross!! I think she maybe trying to get attention from that kind of behaviour, and the guy didn't see the need to complain!

And not the parents? Not the parent who was the coach and allowed this to go on during the entire game? In front of little girls and their families?

Sorry, I blame the parents on this one. They are teaching their dd that this overly-sexualized exhibitionist behavior is A-OK.

I can tell you that if I’d ever behaved like that in public in front of my parents, I would have been grounded until I was 18. And that boy would be holding his own butt to stop the bleeding from the buckshot my father would have aimed at him.

Same here....my girls have the internet/cable tv/myspace etc, but NO WAY would they act like that in public!! Why?? Because they were taught morals and values by their parents...
