I am no longer receiving confirmations of any ADRs that I book. I am wondering if its because I have changed my ADRs so much. :rolleyes1 We switched dates; no DDP vs DDP; DxDDp vs. DDP; etc.

Do they stop sending emails or did I somehow manage to click on something somewhere that said no confirmation needed? Luckily I always write down the confirmation numbers, but still.

Maggie

There are 2 of my ADR that I did not get emails for, although I was able to call them adn they could confirm them. They could not tell me why I did not get it and was not able to send another email. If you call to confirm with your number, you should be just fine.

I haven't gotten confirmation emails since they switched to the new system (but the ADRs I made since then are available on my account online).

I had this happen for the first time last night. I was making an ADR and the pop up window was clocking for quite some time and wouldn't move on to the confirmation screen. After a while I defied the warning and hit refresh :rotfl:. Low and behold the ADR shows up under my reservation list in the my vacation tab but I never did get an email confirm. I assume I'm okay:confused3.

This happened to me as well two evenings ago. I went online and checked the WDW web site. They did have a record of my reservation and a confirmation number, I just didn't receive an email which I would have preferred.:surfweb:

The same thing happened to me this morning... the confirmation screen was there for like 10 minutes and I just opened another tab and logged into the site again and there was my reservation, confirmation number and all, so I closed the original window, assuming it had been confirmed. But I didn't get an email either... :confused3

And there used to be a way to resend the confirmation email but I couldn't seem to find the radio button for that anymore. I checked again this morning and it's still there when I log onto the WDW site so I have to imagine it's fine -- though I do like the security of the email:cloud9:.

I think the no-emails is connected to the gltches where the reservation system gets hung up before giving a confirm. I do know that every ADR I've made in the last 2 weeks has gotten"hung up"before I get the confirmation...just stays on the "don't refresh" box. Well, I eventually do give-up and it gives me the timed-out screen. When I log in and check my confirmations, though, everyone of my ADRs is there...but have not received a single email confirm on these ressies. And there's been a lot - because I'm booking ADRs on 3 diff. reservations, all DxDP. It's odd not to get flooded with Disney dining reservations

I have had the same thing occur when making a ressie, if you go back to the main page and pull up your dining reservations you can check if it went through.

There is a window where you can pull up 1 or multiple reservations by putting in the confirmation number, after it appears, above you will see a place to enter your email address to send the confirmation to yourself

Thank you!! I did the search for your res by confirmation number and was able to send it to my email! Makes it that much more easy to stay organized... now to see if my printer has enough ink to print it ;)

I had the same things happen past few days. I thought the reservations never went through but today I log in and found 3 reservations actually were confirmed! Now to choose which one to keep...:wizard:

Your Quite Welcome, glad you were able to get the confirmation, I too like to have a printed copy for my own peace of mind

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I'm kind of glad it's not just me. It made me very nervous that I didn't get an email. I was able to go in to the section where you can enter in your reservation numbers and ask it to send an email, but I seem to remember a couple of months ago an email was sent automatically.

Yep, the same thing happened to me, 3 times! But they are all in my account, safe and sound, so I assume we're fine!

Have you guys checked your Spam folders? I booked some ressies 2 days ago (on the new system). I had the clocking issue but did get emails on all of them. Also made sure I checked my account and they were all in there despite the above mentioned clocking issue.
