Trying to make an online dining reservation right now and of course it's slow as heck, and then it keeps bombing out when I try to confirm the reservation.
The website has been crappy for years now, why is it allowed to be that way?
I got a survey, tried to do it. After each question I would go do something else as it took a looong time for the page to load. One question was how was my experience on the website so I answered too slow. 20 minutes later it was only 1/2 way done loading the next page so I gave up.......
I know. It's so frustrating. I have zero patience for bad technology. I actually had to make my dining reservations on the MDE app this morning, cause the site was not working.
Winner winner chicken dinner! Disney has the worst website for a company of its size and scope, bar none. But it gets away with it because people still book and come in record numbers to its parks, so there's not a lot of incentive to spend time, money, and resources to beef it up to where it should be.
It's the reverse Field of Dreams - If you don't build it right - screw it - they will still come!
