I sleep too much

Typically I doze off at 11:30PM, waking up briefly at 3AM and 5AM, then 7:30AM for breakfast, before retiring to bed again for, say, 11 hours? Thing is, I take a drug known as the "Chemical Koch" which basically knocks you for six. It's very counter-productive!
