My daughter and SIL might join us next Oct and she asked me about when she can make ADRs. As someone who books 11 months out and has tickets in hand well before the 180 day mark I know when I can but must she have tickets purchased in order to make ADRs? In other words, at 180 days can she make ADRs without having park passes? Is a resort ressie needed?

Thanks,

Nope, no tickets or resort reservation needed. She just can't take advantage of 180+10 - she would have to go online or call 180 days before every day she wants to make an ADR for.

Anyone can make an ADR up to 180 days prior to the date they wish to dine.
Those staying at a Disney Resort can make up to 10 days worth of ADRs beginning at 180 days from their check-in date.
