I sent/recieved my Ornament Exchange

I left home Dec 7th and had not received mine at that time (still before the mailing deadline). I am still in Florida as I had an emergency appendectomy two days ago so my ornament could be at home waiting for me. I won't be able to travel for several more days but will post the status when I get home.

I had to miss MVMCP but did get to go Candlelight Procession. I had a great dinner at BOMA (my first time there) the night before I got sick.

I sent my ornament before I left and it has been acknowledged as having been received.

Mickeyfan I was wondering if I didn't see my exchangee receiving theirs? It really should have been received by now. Now maybe they haven't been able to get to the computer but I really could have missed it.

Emily got the package this morning!! She loved it! The Hershey kisses are all gone.. I didn't even get one ! She has already hung up her ornaments. They were perfect..She loves snowmen and she always says her dad is just like Goofy!

My son and I went for a walk and stopped a the mailbox. I'm always glad to get a package but since it said "ornament" on the declaration I new I could open it NOW!

Inside we found the most beautiful pewter ornaments! They're already on the tree thanks to my overzealous son!

I recived my package from TARRALEE today!!! After reading everybodys posts I was excited to open it. What great surprises inside. I LOVE the mickey 2003 ornament!!!! I had tried to get him and they said he was out of stock. Minnie and Mickey stuffed are adorable. My daughter took Minnie right away and said she was hers. They love jolly ranchers also and they split those between them already. I have to be fast around them. And finally I love the wallflower from bath and body, I LOVE vanilla scents, it is my favorite. So Tara even though you don't know me you sent me things I love and will cherish.

While we were decorating our tree today, the doorbell rang. There was a package addressed to me from TeresaNJ! Thank you so much and your timing was amazing!

I loved the skating Mickey. He is adorable! I also loved the Mickey snowman topper. He's headed for my car tonight. And DD is behind me now asking where to hang the cute Disney window cling. We'll always think of you when we see these sweet gifts.

Reindeer ornament with his name on it (he loved this)

Sorry about the late post Sara and Emily received their packages and they were thrilled!! I wanted to let Sara post her own message this weekend but we ran out of time. Sara loves Stitch!!! We will be home tonight so I will let her post her own thanks. Emily loved everything Cassie sent including her picture-she showed it to all of her cousins. She really enjoyed putting on the lipstick and Snow White is currently her favorite princess(she switches back and forth between Cinderella, Aurora and Snow White). Everything was so awesome that I am feeling real bad about what I sent. I wanted to send more but I ran out of time. The girls both want to send personalized thank you notes so we will get those in the mail this week. This was really fun and I hope we can do it again next year
