I sent/received my ornament exchange.

By the way....I wish I would have read this board before I just sent out an ornament and I would have added a little treat as well...but I didn't realize it was "allowed". Next year I will know better!!!

Mailed my package on Fri. 11/15 and even though it was going over the boarder, I would think it would have arrived by now...sent it airmail!! Dont want my DIS person to be disappointed - if I don't hear it arrived soon, I'll have to reshop and remail!! Will stop at post office on my lunch hour and ask normal delivery time. In the mean time, if one of our neighbors to the north has received their pkg.....pls. post message.

Yippe skippee!!! I got my ornament from Mackey Mouse on Saturday!

She sent a Tinker Bell ornament from Hallmark. She also sent a notepad, Boston Baked Beans (which my husband inhaled in a matter of minutes), Christmas Mix Jelly Belly and a jar of Sugar plum jam (very good on my english muffin this morning.)

Thank you, Marsha. It was such a treat to get the package, and also to have so many extras included!

Today, today! It's going out today! Promise! A few "extras" thrown in for my "southern" friend. Since I won't get to the post office until after 3, my exchangee will probably see this package on Friday or Saturday (I hope!)

If your person you sent to does not post here by this weekend - I will start doing some investigation. I know some people are on vacation (at WDW) and perhaps you had one of them. I didn't keep track of when every person was going to be gone.

I'll keep you up to date and tell them to post here if they received it.

I can not tell you how fun this thread is and how much fun it is to be a part of it!!!! Cout me in for next year too!!!!!! I can't wait for my person to get their ornament and the anticipation of me getting mine is killing me!!!!!!!! I am worse than a kid at Christmas.......This is such great fun!!!!

I just got my package today and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with all I received, Carol!!! The Cherry Blossom ornament is beautiful and I love the Mickey & Minnie ornament. It will look so cute on the tree. Luis smiled when he saw the matching ornaments with our names on them as well and the pecans look wonderful. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart and I cannot wait to put my tree up so I can add these ornaments to it!! Thanks again!
