Here's another one in favor of letting the resort transfer your luggage. We've done this numerous times (3 times during our 2 week trip last summer when we stayed at 4 different Disney hotels) and have never had a problem. Also we had a LOT of luggage with us since we were a family of 5 and on a two week vacation. So I say, don't waste your valuable early morning park time and just let them take care of the luggage transfer for you!
