While standing in line for Splash Mountain I saw the real Indiana Jones or Han Solo come walking by. Harrison Ford himself and Calista Flockhart and family having a day at DL with the rest of us and the overcrowded park.

How exciting! So, did you get to ride Indy today or was it still down?

It was neat to see them both. Crowds were a little crazy for Feb. the Indy ride is up and running but we didn't get on it today.

Aw MAN!!!! We were there and didn't see him! My kids are huge Indiana Jones trilogy/Star Wars fans!! They would have lost their minds if they saw him!

That was a LONG wait for Splash Mountain today! We passed on that.

Wonder if he goes on Indiana Jones??? :rotfl2:

How cool! I never see anyone famous at DL. :confused3

A couple of weeks ago we saw Courtney Cox, David Arquette, their daughter, Coco, Patricia Arquette and her daughter, Laura Dern, Ben Harper and their daughter. They were all together walking with a guide.

One thing I found interesting - Courtney Cox doesn't really smile much. We saw her a few times around the park that day and not once did she have a smile on her face!

I have heard that they are pretty frequent visitors to DLR. Cool that you saw them, though!

Awesome!! He's my DH favorite! That would be cool to see them. We are there this week, so I"m sure we missed them!

I saw him too! At DCA! I was so excited! I LOVE Harrison Ford. He, Calista Flockhart, her son Liam, and Harrison's daughter were walking with a Disney representative. Of course, I followed for a little bit (my husband was so embarrassed). I saw them get on a couple of rides and kept my distance. What is that huge drop ride at DCA? A small crowd watched him and his daughter ride it. There were two crazy paparazzis taking pictures of him. They kept appearing and then disappearing so no Disney reps could see them. Kind of creepy. Later on, I saw one the the paparazzos stalking two kids and a lady at Soaring, but I couldn't recognize who they were. He was very careful not to be noticed by personnel. In all cases, the celebrities were escorted directly onto the rides through the exits. No wait for them.

Just realized it was Johnny Depps family I saw getting on Soaring. I knew the woman looked familiar! What a fun day.

I would have loved to get a picture just felt horrible about doing that to them. I personally think picture hounds and paparrazi are discusting. I'm sure they are always concerned about thier families safety and it must be very unsettling with everone looking at you all the time. They need to enjoy time with their families too.

Yeah, I held back on the pictures too. I thought about it for a half second and then didn't because of the reasons you stated.

I saw a papparazzi getting in trouble with security. I didnt know what it was all about but now I do!

I met HF several years back. He was very nice and looked better in person. I was very surprised because that happens so infrequently.

I'm there to have fun with my family, why shouldn't they have fun too. It appears to me they are always expecting the worst is about to happen at a moments notice and not completely at ease. I now when I'm at DL I don't have a care in the world.

I've only seen one celeb when I was there (that was there with her family and not on purpose). I saw Jane Seymour and Michelle Kwan but they were there on purpose. But we saw Pam Anderson there with her family but the way I took a pic was I just pretended I was taking a pic in her general direction. I didn't try to get one with her I just pretended I was taking one of something behind her or next to her. I just wanted a pic to prove that I actually saw her LOL. I agree that they need their privacy and space too but it must be hard esp when they were as obvious as she was. She certainly didn't disguise herself although I must say that when you are there and you are busy doing your own thing and there is a bunch of people I didn't even have a clue. DH noticed her first and pointed her out. Then I noticed the Disney guide with them. But I think especially if they dress down with sunglasses and hats and stuff they kind of meld into the crowd a bit. The thing to me that makes them more obvious is the Guide that goes with.

I wouldn't be able to control myself if I saw Harrison Ford, especially with the new movie coming out. I would at the very least ask for his autograph.

I met Harrison many years ago when he was filming Clear and Present Danger. They filmed the airport scene at John Wayne and I worked there in the gift shop. A fellow employee and I snuck downstairs and ended up behind the roped off area. Right where Harrison was eating a pita. He was shocked to see us but was nice and autographed a Star Wars book we sold in the gift shop. He is so handsome and the Indy scar on his chin is REAL. I wanted to reach up and touch it :)

I saw him on Madison Avenue in NY once when I was on my way home from work. Still the best celeb sighting I've ever had, and I've seen quite a few working in NY. :)
