I saw the Lion king Play.... Looooved it

This past weekend Me and my Girlfriend went to see the Lion King Musical in Columbus Ohio saturday night. The show is great, The music was beautiful and made me emotional The woman who played Rafikki was beautiful she was also funny, as well as Timmon, Pumba, and the Hyennas. The Kids that played Young Simba and Nala were cute and tallented. The sets were Beautiful and colorful . All Lion King shows that played in Columbus were sold out . Next weekend is the last weekend for the show. I Love the Lion King show.

The Lion King played here a couple years ago. I wanted to go, but was too cheap. My husband's co-wokers kept talking about it and telling him we'd be crazy not to go so he went and bought tickets for all of us to go. I was a bit annoyed (pricey considering the kids were so young) and yet so happy!!! The show was amazing, I cried from the second it started. I did not know what came over me but it moved me in a way I did not expect. Our kids did not move which I was worried about. It was mesmerizing (spelling). Truly amazing!!! I wish it would come back. I would love to see it again even with the cost. Our Raffiki was amazing, I don't know if it was the same one or not, but just amazing. My favorite song was "He Lives In You", I often watch it on Youtube and it brings tears to my eyes. I think it was so great, a true test was my then 3 year old hardly blinking so she wouldn't miss anything!

Hey, I attended that same show. We were the two Canadian looking folks in the 6th row. My wife was kind enough to get me tickets for our anniversary last month. We drove down all the way from Ontario....7 hours. I thought it was worth every minute. Lion King is my favorite movie of all time (not just animated....but favorite of ALL movies). I also loved it and was not disappointed.

I saw it last year when it was in St Louis. I loved it. I wanted to go again before it left but we just did not have the time. I bought the CD and listen to it often. It really is beautiful. Glad you enjoyed it.

I saw The Lion King on Broadway in June as a graduation gift and I LOVED it, especially the first scene of the gathering of the animals. I love the movie anyway, and I love Elton John, so I knew I would love it. If anyone gets the chance, GO SEE IT!

I love this play. I've seen it twice. The venue in Spokane, Washington was actually nicer than the one on Times Square! My favorite part is the beautiful lighting and, of course, the music!
